Innovation Group is a multi-sector company founded in 1999 in Bucharest, Romania. Since its establishment, Innovation Group for Trade and Contracting LLC has established itself as a leading provider of integrated solutions in construction, international trade and supply chain management, real estate development through its Kabta arm, and fast-moving consumer goods through the Voo brand.

Over more than 26 years, the Group has delivered landmark projects in Iraq, Romania and Europe including Roman Village in Tikrit, Kabta Towers in Basra, model schools in Dhi Qar in cooperation with Power China, and Finox City in Bucharest.
