Innovation Group is a multi-sector company founded in 1999 in Bucharest, Romania. Since its establishment, Innovation Group for Trade and Contracting LLC has established itself as a leading provider of integrated solutions in construction, international trade and supply chain management, real estate development through its Kabta arm, and fast-moving consumer goods through the Voo brand.

Over more than 26 years, the Group has delivered landmark projects in Iraq, Romania and Europe — including Roman Village in Tikrit, Kabta Towers in Basra, model schools in Dhi Qar in cooperation with Power China, and Finox City in Bucharest.
