A multi-sector group founded in 1999 in Bucharest, Romania. A leading provider of integrated solutions in construction, international trade & supply chain, real estate development via "Kabta", and industrial production through Al-Jazeel Factory.

Over 27 years, the Group has delivered landmark projects in Iraq, Romania and Europe including Roman Village in Tikrit, Kabta Towers in Basra, model schools in Dhi Qar in cooperation with Power China, and Finox City in Bucharest.
